1. Are the products listed the same as the photos?
- Yes. All items are the same as shown on the website unless indicating otherwise. However depending on monitor display, color and brightness may differ slightly.
2. Do you price beat?
- Yes. We aim to be competitive, so if you find a cheaper price somewhere else on exactly the same item, contact us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
3. What is your payment method?Contact us for Direct Deposit details.
- We accept payment from Paypal, Credit Card and Direct Deposit. Credit card details are never stored on the web server in any format. This eliminates the risk of customers' financial information being accessed by any third-party.

4. What is your shipping policy?

- We deliver our orders via Australia Post.
AUSTRALIA
- Handling and postage fee: $5 within Australia. Free postage if purchase more than 8 items excluding Specials. Orders received before 10pm on a business day will be sent out the next day. Normal delivery period is between 1-4 business days.
INTERNATIONAL
- Shipping cost varies from country to country. We use Australia Post International Parcel Calculator for exact shipping cost.
Damage/Loss
- Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please contact us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived.
5. Do you do wholesale?
- Yes. We do wholesale both in big as well as smaller quantities. Please contact us for wholesale rates.
6. What is your return policy?
- We guarantee a return and refund policy.
- If items received are defective please return them within 3 days. We will be responsible for the postage accrued.
- We understand that buying fashion online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the flexibility to try things on. You may return the items bought online within 2 days after receival for a full refund or exchange for other items as long as they are in a resell-able condition. The return postage is your responsibility. Items can be refunded or exchanged providing they have not been worn, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect them when posting. Please return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit. Please note for hygiene reason, some items purchased are not to be returned (e.g. earrings).
